My career in animal health began at the early age of fifteen by volunteering at an animal shelter where I was then hired as a kennel attendant. In fact, I have only ever worked with animals, and I can’t imagine doing anything else! After graduating from Ridgetown College in 1999, I have worked in various sectors: veterinary hospitals, animal shelters, teaching, and pet nutrition. I am passionate about supporting & strengthening the human-animal bond. Pets are family! Outside of work I am the proud mom of a spoiled senior pug mix named Phoebe, adopted from a shelter of course.
